Minimum Opening Deposit: $100.00

Balance Requirements: $10.00 monthly service fee if the average daily balance falls below $3,000.00

Transaction Limitations: You may only make 6 withdrawals from your account each statement cycle by check, draft, debit card, pre-authorized transfer, telephone transfer, or similar order made to third parties.

Fees & Charges: If you have exceeded the federal regulation imposed limit of 6 debits per monthly statement cycle period, we may refuse to honor additional transactions. We will impose a fee for each debit that exceeds these limits. Please refer to the Schedule of Fees for the current fee for exceeding these limits. If you continue to exceed these limits after we have notified you of any such violation, we will, in our sole discretion, convert your account to another type of account that is not subject to these transaction limits, or close your account and mail you a check for the balance.

Interest Features: No interest will be earned if the average collected monthly balance falls below $3,000.00

Additional Disclosure: We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principle in the account each day. We reserve the right to at any time require not less than seven days notice in writing before any withdrawal from an interest bearing account. At our discretion, we may change the interest rate on your account at any time. Interest is compounded daily, paid monthly and begins to accrue on the business day you deposit non-cash items (i.g. checks), If you close the account before interest is credited, will not receive the accrued interest.
